Countless Million Dollar Properties Selling. Yet, I couldn’t afford to “re-buy” my own home in todays housing market
Apparently, there is plenty of money in the United States, sadly little of it in my wallet. I bought my home for 300k in 2019 and with inflation and interest rates I couldn’t afford to buy my own home in 2024.
